Aviation Engineers- Technical (B737NG, G450, G650)


We are looking for Engineers with experience in manufacture, testing, maintenance, or modification of airframe, engines, system

Minimum Years in the Special Field :10

Aircraft: B737NG or G450 or G650

Education: Bachelor in Science with Engineering major

Principle duties:

1. Prepares necessary technical data and recommendations for new aircraft purchases and establishes configuration control and standardization of existing fleet.

2. Analyzes all technical literature, determines applicability and initiates action as required. Compiles cost data on proposed aircraft product improvement modifications, analyzes results for management review.

3. Develops procedures and analyzes aircraft and engine performance and reliability data. Analyzes aircraft logs, inspection reports and all other sources of technical data. Recommends methods and procedures to correct problem areas and improve Department efficiencies.

4. Investigates maintenance problems; analyzes manufacturers' bulletins and service letters, and initiates Department Technical Directives as necessary. Generates necessary statistical data to provide baseline for problem analysis and reliability studies

5. Analyzes, formulates and recommend concerning revision of maintenance procedures and practices to update technical methods, material and environmental requirements. Coordinates technical requirements and definitions with Federal Aviation Agency officials, manufacturers, vendors and repair agencies.

6. Conducts periodic technical audits of repair agency facilities to evaluate capabilities and performance standards. Performs other functions as directed by the General Supervisor - Planning & Technical Services.


Responsible for coordinating and providing technical expertise for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modification and repair of all Company aircraft.  Due to safety and legal implications, such maintenance must be coordinated and accomplished to consistently high standards, not only by Company policy and practice and stringent manufacturers' technical specifications, but by detailed FAA and FCC standards, specifications and regulations. Responsibility covers company aircraft fleet and associated equipment. Incumbent's decisions can affect operational down time and cost savings to the Company. Incumbent reports to and receives general guidance from the General Supervisor - Planning & Technical Services. Gives work direction and supervision to group personnel as necessary.
