Commercial Manager- Ground Handling

We are looking for a Commercial Manager for a ground handling company based in the Middle East.

​To be considered for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience at Manager level in all aspects of commercial negotiations.

Some requirements:
​

• Maintain existing business and accelerate new business growth
  
• Translate business requirements into an actionable service  
  
• Work with the Heads of Commercial to ensure negotiations are held with revenue and market share being the focus
  
• ​Putting bids to win new business
  
• ​Negotiating contracts with Airlines
  
• Excellent communication skills, report writing, etc
  
• Project Management
  
• ​Influence corporate leaders in crisis discussions
  
• Review KPIs for analysis
  
• Isolate problems and find solutions
  
• Create offensive & defensive strategies
  
• Manage SLA terms to ensure profitable accounts​​
