Junior Airport Customer Service Agent- Service Delivery

We are looking for Airport Junior Customer Service Agents for our client in the Middle East with the below requirements:

1. Responsible for handling of flights by ensuring correct and safe loading of Aircraft with food items. The role involves dealing with multiple internal stakeholders to make sure aircrafts are loaded with correct food items in the designated time with appropriate communication and documentation
2. Advanced communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders simulatenously while having a good understanding of food items and quality assurance with correct reporting. Candidate should have good computer skills and should be good with documentation and handovers
3. Minimum 2 years experience in Operations in a similar environment
4. Fluent English is essential 
5. All candidates must be fully vaccinated 
6. To be below 35 years of age
7. Six months contract work leading to a Permanent role if successful after this stint
8. Accommodation, Food, Air travel and Medical provided by the Client
